How do I choose which is the best way to contact customer support?
If you have questions or need inspiration, visit our community to get help from other animators and the FlipaClip team. There are channels available for support, chatting with other animators, and places to share your animations and artwork. You can also submit a direct request for assistance by following the instructions outlined in our support channels.
If you are experiencing issues, email us. Be sure to thoroughly describe the issue you are facing along with screenshots or a video of the issue if possible.
If you think you came across a bug, please let us know by submitting a request here! When submitting a bug, please include a screen recording showing your issue. It would also be super helpful if you could include the following in your message to us:
- What device do you have?
- What OS version is it running?
- What happened?
- What did you expect to have happened?
- What steps do we take to reproduce the issue?
Note: If you are an Android user, please go to the About section in the FlipaClip Menu and tap on "Bug Report". This will generate a file that you can share with us as well in your request under Attachments.
When should I expect a reply?
Wait times can vary. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
