How can I check my subscription status?

We know that keeping track of your subscription status is super important, so we're here to make it easy and fun for you!

If you subscribed to FlipaClip Plus on iOS, simply head over to your device's system settings, find your name or Apple ID, and tap on Subscriptions. You'll see your FlipaClip Plus subscription listed there, and if it mentions 'expires', that means your subscription will end on that date. If it says 'renews/next billing date', that means your subscription will automatically renew on that date. Easy-peasy, right?

For Android users, it's just as simple! Open up your device's Settings app, tap on Google, and then Manage your Google Account. From there, select Payments & subscriptions and then choose to Manage purchases, Manage reservations, or Manage subscriptions. If you want to see more details about your FlipaClip Plus subscription, just select the item and you'll be able to view everything you need to know.

If you purchased a Subscription through Amazon, you can view and manage your subscriptions with Amazon subscriptions from Your Memberships and Subscriptions. You'll see a list of your active, canceled, and expired subscriptions. You'll also see subscription information including renewal date and price.

And last but not least, on Huawei devices, go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments to view the automatic renewal services you have purchased in apps.
