FlipaClip Plus Access Disappeared

First things first, let's check your subscription status. If find that your subscription is active, you may just need to restore them. Don't worry, it's easy! Just tap on the diamond in the top right corner of the screen and voila, you'll see the subscription sign-up page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and restore your subscription status by tapping "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page.

Now, here's a pro-tip to make sure you never lose access to your FlipaClip Plus features: if you're 13 years or older, be sure to create an account or stay logged in to your existing account. This way, your subscription status stays synced across all devices and you can access FlipaClip Plus on any iOS and Android devices where FlipaClip is installed.

The FlipaClip in-app account needs to be signed in to the device where the account has purchased the subscription. Both the FlipaClip account and store account must both be logged into. Once you have verified this, you can log in with only your FlipaClip account to any other device and have access to your subscription.
