My FlipaClip Plus access disappeared. How do I get it back?

You will first want to check your subscription status to FlipaClip Plus.

If you have an active subscription, you can restore your subscription status by tapping on the diamond in the top right corner of the screen to pull up the subscription sign up page. From here, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page. This will restore your subscription status.

Tip: If you are 13 years of age or older, make sure you create and/or stay logged in to your FlipaClip account. This will keep your status synced and will allow you to access your FlipaClip Plus features on any device that FlipaClip is installed on.
