I previously bought old unlocker, how to restore my purchase?

I bought the old unlocker for the old version. Do I have to pay again for the new version if so can I get my money back?

Great question! No you don't need to purchase again. You need to simply install the Unlocker again. Since the Unlocker is no longer available to the public you can find it under your downloaded apps history. Check this link for info about app history.

Hey thanks for writing about this! On the new FlipaClip version 2 we no longer allow buying the old FlipaClip - Unlocker app. That is why you can't find it when searching for it. We have moved to using In-App purchases. However, all of you who have already purchased the FlipaClip - Unlocker and have the latest version installed we will unlock everything! So the key here is that you need to download the latest FlipaClip - Unlocker on your device. Here are the steps to do that.


Download/Update already purchased FlipaClip - Unlocker:

  1. Open Play Store.
  2. Tap the top left sandwich button and tap on My apps & games.
  3. Under the LIBRARY tab find FlipaClip - Unlocker app and install or update.

Great question! You won't be charged again for the Unlocker as long as you are using the same GooglePlay account. Thanks!

In my GooglePlay account, I can see other perchase records but no FlipaClip Unlocker perchase record. Please tell me what to do.

Hello there! If I may ask, are you using the same Googleplay Account that you've used on purchasing the unlocker before?

When switching devices app and in-app purchases will not have to be purchased again. Simply make sure you use the same GooglePlay or Amazon AppStore email account you previously used for making the original purchase, as Ralph mentioned.

Great question! Upgrading to the new version will honor the Unlocker purchase. However, you must have it installed for the features to get unlocked.


For those who have purchased the Unlocker and have uninstalled it you will see that the Unlocker is no longer found on the Google Play Store. The reason is that it is no longer public. However, you can still find it by going to the Google Play Store app and going under "My apps & games".
