Today I went on the app to do a commission, but when I go into the project and try to open the frame viewer, the app completely closes. I have tried everything I could think of. Making room in the device storage, restart the app AND the IPad. But noh5hing works

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue. Could you provide us with a couple of answers please, so that we can assist you in the best possible way:

1. What is the version of the iOS that you have and which device?
2. What is the version of the App that you have?
3. Could you provide us with project details, like how many frames does it have, FPS and resolution?

4. If you make a brand new project and open frames viewer is it also freezing?

5. If you turn off canvas rotation it is the issue the same?

6. Was it working fine before the new 2.X version update?

Regards,
Igor

Hello,

This problem has happened to me too. I have tried restarting the app and my iPad, clearing out storage, and even redownloading FlipaClip, but nothing seems to work.

My current iOS version is 11.3 for the iPad, and version 2.0.3 for FlipaClip.

It first appeared yesterday; the project I was using had around 2000 frames, 20 FPS, and 1920px 1080px (YouTube 1080p.) However, when I tried making a new project with 1 FPS and YouTube 720p, FlipaClip kept crashing. Everything else was working fine except for Frames Viewer.

I've tried turning off some settings like canvas rotation, stylus pressure, and more, but nothing seemed to change.

Please help!

Thank you for your quick response. Also which iOS version and device do you have? and is the problem the same in a brand new project as well? This will all help us gather the info to resolve this. Igor

Hello, I can’t use the app. The frames viewer chrash the app every time I try to use the function. No matter if it’s a new or old project. Please help.

I run the app on I pad pro 2018 OS 11.3. Since the last update everything was fine with the app.
