Flipaclip Premium isn’t purchasing

When i try to purchase Flipaclip premium, it just keeps me with the purchasing screen and it doesn’t go through. How can i fix it?

Hello, when you get in the Color picker there is no option for changing the default sets. But you can clone, rename and REMOVE the new presets if you press on hold above them. Please find an additional explanation with images in this topic : ) Regards, Igor

1. i have an version iPadOS 13.6.1

2.  flipaclip 2.0.0

3. it happens when i try to purchase the ‘premium feature bundle’ and each individual feature

1. Update the App version to 2.0.1

2. Restart your phone

Could you please add more details on what is happening when you click on buy is it that you do not get a purchase prompt?


Check also if you have granted access to FlipaClip on your device as well with these steps:


Launch the Settings app from your Home screen.
Tap Privacy.
Tap Gallery to view which apps can access it.
Tap the switch next to FlipaClip to allow access.

It just says its purchasing and the loading wheel is spinning, we tried what you asked us to do and we dont see Gallery on in settings.
