i paid for premium and didnt get anything what can i dk to get it

2. What is the version of the App that you have?
3. Do you get any error messages when you try to make a purchase? Send us a screenshot here, please.

4. Is the issue happening with every premium or with a particular one?

i paid for everything like in 1 and there wasnt an error i paid the money got taken from my bank im in version 2.4.7-213 and andriod version 10

Thank you for your answer. Please perform these steps:

1. Make sure that you login to your Google Play account that originally made the purchase

2. Clear cache on your device:

-- Open your device's Settings app Settings.
-- Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps.
-- Scroll down and tap Google Play Store Google Play.
-- Tap Storage and then Clear Cache.
-- Next, tap Clear data.

3. Restart it

-- Press and hold the Power button until the menu pops up.
-- Tap Power off or Restart if that is an option.
-- If needed, press and hold the Power button until your device turns on again
