Hello,

This has probably happened because you have at some point removed/changed a Google Play account that made the purchase or made a primary account that does not have the purchase. Then when the FlipaClip update came, Google Play sees that account that is currently active does not have a valid subscription and removes premium features.

To resolve the issue you must sign out of all other Google Play accounts and be signed only into the one that made the purchase, then clear the cache and data of google play and enter the app. Check this link on how to clear cache and data of Google Play Store app: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7513003?hl=en

I paid for the advanced upgrade which was $5.99 or $6.99 and it worked for 2 weeks . Then my daughter said it was no longer working or showing she had the upgrade any more? I looked it back up and it does not say there is a time frame on it?

It seems every other update or so, I have to repurchase the premium features for Flipaclip on my SM-T350. I'm not sure if it's a quirk of my device or not, but it's been a problem for me since April 2019.

Hi there,

I purchased the flipaclip premium on my iPad and wanted to upgrade on my iPhone but when I tried to restore the purchase it isn’t letting me do that. Please help or advice.

Hello, I'm having this problem too. If I clear my cache and everything, what will happen to the animations currently in the app? I can't save them and I'm afraid I'll lose all the work. Thank you!
