How to restore my purchase?

I got a new device and logged into my account but do not have the premium features and can’t restore my purchases from when I bought them before

Depending on where you installed FlipaClip from:


Google Play

In-app purchases will be restored automatically after installing FlipaClip.

Please make sure to install FlipaClip using the original Google Play account that made the purchase. <<< this is very important!

Amazon AppStore

Please make sure the correct account is logged in. If you still have issues please let us know.


Apple AppStore

In-app purchases must be restored. To do that tap on the Restore purchases button located on the top right corner of the in-app purchases lists in the app. 

Please make sure to install FlipaClip using the original Apple account that made the purchase.

Also, note that Family accounts don't support in-app purchase sharing so you will need to be logged in the original purchaser account.


** Note that you cannot transfer purchases across the different app stores (Google Play, Amazon AppStore, and Apple AppStore). **

Great question and a very common one! All purchases made will always be yours even if you re-install the app. You do need to make sure to use the same Play Store, Amazon AppStore, or Apple App Store account to restore those purchases.

Hey, you shouldn't have to pay again. Please make sure that Google Play app has the original purchase account active. If not this will cause some issues.

          Same for me also. The rest  of the features work fine, such as the inport video, canvas size options, onion skin options and the other ones. But the flipaclip logo is still there after making a movie. So I don't know what is going on. I bought the bundle and I use a samsung. I dont know if these are contributing factors to the problem or if it's a bug throughout the whole app. I hope this can be fixed.

Yea same here ! For some reason i tried to make an animation with all of my purchased stufff and they were gone and when i tried to purchase again it said something about the server! T^T

Same with me, I recently purchased the FlipaClip logo thingy. And it wouldn’t actually come of the animation, I had just noticed when editing I use an iPad. But it must be a glitch which needs to be fixed.

I just paid for premium last night, i've tried multiple things and when I reload the app literally nothing happens. I was still charged. I bought the 5.99 dollar bundle on a Kindle Fire HD 6, first using two Visas then a MasterCard. Still nothing. I feel relieved to know other people experienced this problem though, now I know i'm not the only one. I have not yet had a response to the bug report.

My issue is very similar. No premium features working and it's prompting for me to pay again on Android. My problem started about 8 hours ago while working on a project. AFTER I saw the problem, I updated the app in hopes to fix it - to no avail. Please FIX!!

Evidence I have it purchased, I currently cannot get evidence that I don’t have the premium features, but I do actually have a youtube channel in which evidence is shown that i CAN NOT remove the watermark.
